1.1 These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set out below will govern your use of this website which can be found at www.iwforumuk.org (the “Website”).
1.2 The Website is owned and operated by IWF UK (“us”, “we” or “our”) which is affiliated to the International Women’s Forum and is a network for outstanding women of diverse achievements and interests. For the purposes of these Terms, IWF UK includes its membership individually and collectively, as may exist from time to time. It also includes Forum UK and its membership.
1.3 Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing and using the Website you are deemed to have understood and agreed to the Terms.
2. Disclaimer
2.1 This Website may contain information, text, data, graphics, photographs, videos, sound recordings, illustrations, artwork, names, logos, trade marks, service marks and information about IWF UK and its members and events which may be provided in the form of documents, podcasts or via an RSS feed (the “Information”).
2.2 Except where it is otherwise expressly stated the Information is not intended to, nor does it, constitute professional advice or services. The Information is provided on an information basis only and should not be relied upon.
2.3 The Website and Information is provided “AS IS” and on an “AS AVAILABLE” basis and IWF UK does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, performance or fitness for a particular purpose of the Website or any of the Information. We have tried to ensure that all the Information provided on the Website is correct at the time of publication. 4. Computer Viruses, Worms and Trojan Horses
4.1 Whilst we use reasonable endeavours to protect this Website from computer viruses, worms, Trojan Horses and similar detrimental code (the “Destructive Features”), we do not warrant that the Website is free from such Destructive Features and accept no liability for any damage that may result from the transmission of any Destructive Feature via this Website or via any files which are available for you to download from the Website.

5.1 Except as is otherwise indicated, IWF UK is the owner of the copyright in all the Information featured on this Website and of all related intellectual property rights, including but not limited to all database rights, trade marks, registered trade marks, service marks and logos. The International Women’s Forum name and initials IWF are registered trademarks and the property of the International Women’s Forum, Inc. All Rights Reserved.

6. Data Protection and the IWF UK Privacy Policy
6.1 We may require information which identifies you as an individual (“Personal Information”), such as your name, email address and phone number, in order to enable you to take advantage of our services, for example when you send us a question / request from our “contact us” page, send in or edit your profile or request further information. We will only use such Personal Information for the purposes of providing information which you have requested, or for other purposes set out in these Terms.
6.1 Members of IWF UK submitting information for inclusion on the website or in the Members' Directory do so on the express basis that they agree to this information being made available to other members and to IWF, the wider organisation based in Washington DC (www.iwforum.org)
6.2 We may on occasion make use of Personal Information that we collect in order to help us administer the Website and/or for marketing purposes. We may for instance send you information about our services that we feel might be of particular interest to you. If you do not wish us to make use of your Personal Information in this way, please email the Administrator admin@iwforumuk.org. We will also give you the opportunity to opt out of future marketing whenever we send you marketing material.
6.3 Except (i) to the extent that we are required to do so by law, (ii) where member information is made available on the website and in the Members' Directory (ii) in connection with any legal proceedings (including prospective legal proceedings), or (iii) in order to establish, exercise or defend the legal rights of IWF UK, we will not disclose your Personal Information to any other party without first obtaining your permission.
6.4 Employees, contractors and agents of IWF UK may be given access to any Personal Information which we collect, but their use shall be limited to the performance of their duties.
