Gwen Jones

Gwen’s principal experience has been with Shell and The BOC Group. She has held numerous global roles, including running three business globally, and has lived and worked in Germany and Japan.

As an empathetic and inclusive team-player with experience across all business functions, she has a reputation for generating the commitment and enthusiasm needed to deliver significant change in contrasting cultures and geographies.

She is especially passionate about diversity, inclusion and the development of others. She has a strong track record of mentoring and developing others and building diverse and inclusive teams. Gwen is a mentor on The Mentoring Foundation’s ‘Next Generation Women Leader’s’ programme.’

Gwen is a member of the Membership Committee.
