Leadership Stories: Annabel Tagoe-Bannerman

Starting out well over two decades ago as the only black trainee solicitor in her legal cohort, Annabel has risen to senior executive and non-executive roles in UK FTSE companies. She is a champion of Diversity and Inclusion, a Group General Counsel and a chartered Company Secretary. She is also the Founding Partner of a family legal consultancy.

Leadership Stories: Samantha Tross

Samantha Tross is a groundbreaker. She is the first black women to become a Hip and Knee Surgeon in the UK and the first woman in Europe to perform Mako robotic hip surgery. She is an Examiner, Educational Supervisor, Advisory Board Member and a passionate advocate for DEI in surgery. Also, she has a Masters in Strategic Management and Leadership.

Leadership Stories: Jane Williams

Faced by adversity in her early home life, Jane Williams learned how to play to her strengths, listen to her hunches, take risks and pivot her career. She started out in retail & people management, progressed to interim roles as an HR Director and Remuneration Committee Advisor, then to Member NHS DDRB, Trustee, Committee Chair and Chair roles.
