The International Women's Forum UK is a dynamic network of outstanding women of diverse achievements and interests.

As an organisation, we are dedicated to advancing better leadership across all sectors, supporting the next generation of women leaders, and offering each other friendship and enriching exchanges.

Leadership Stories: Samantha Tross

Samantha Tross is a groundbreaker. She is the first black women to become a Hip and Knee Surgeon in the UK and the first woman in Europe to perform Mako robotic hip surgery. She is an Examiner, Educational Supervisor, Advisory Board Member and a passionate advocate for DEI in surgery. Also, she has a Masters in Strategic Management and Leadership.

Leadership Stories: Jane Williams

Faced by adversity in her early home life, Jane Williams learned how to play to her strengths, listen to her hunches, take risks and pivot her career. She started out in retail & people management, progressed to interim roles as an HR Director and Remuneration Committee Advisor, then to Member NHS DDRB, Trustee, Committee Chair and Chair roles.

Leadership Stories: Dana Denis-Smith

Having lived through a brutal and repressive regime in Romania, Dana Denis- Smith was determined to have a positive impact on the world. She has done this through her journalism, founding Obelisk Support and First: 100 Years of Women in Law.
